Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order like tending to a delicate seedling. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package is dispatched.
Delivery Areas
We ship globally to help gardens bloom everywhere! Currently, we cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
Just as plants sometimes need replanting, we understand that occasionally products need to be returned or exchanged. Our goal is to make your gardening experience as fruitful as possible with our straightforward returns process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- A copy of your original receipt or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
Like delicate seedlings that can’t be replanted, some items cannot be returned:
- All seeds (Flower Seeds, Fruit Seeds, Herb Seeds, Organic Seeds) due to agricultural regulations
- Opened Compost or Soil Products for hygiene reasons
- Used Garden Tools for safety reasons
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to: Deals Seed N Tools Store – Returns

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive email notification about your refund status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
- We will ship your replacement item once the returned item is received
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference
