Just as plants sometimes need replanting, we understand that occasionally products need to be returned or exchanged. At Deals Seed N Tools Store, we want your gardening experience to be as fruitful as possible, which is why we offer a straightforward returns process for most of our products.

We stand behind our gardening products like we stand behind our plants – with confidence and care. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- A copy of your original receipt or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
Like delicate seedlings that can’t be replanted, some of our products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Seeds (Flower Seeds, Fruit Seeds, Herb Seeds, Organic Seeds) – Due to agricultural regulations
- Opened Compost or Soil Products – For hygiene reasons
- Used Garden Tools – For safety reasons
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to our return address (provided with your RMA approval). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once the returned item is received
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
